Because all items are handmade and customized to each customer's specifications, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are created based on the photos, text, and information provided by the customer. A mockup will be sent for approval before production. Please review your mockup carefully, as changes cannot be made after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will gladly work with you to find a solution.
Non-Refundable
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Customer spelling errors submitted with the order
- Incorrect photos provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Change of mind after production has started
